Chijioke Nnanna Ibeku is a lawyer with a focus on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Sector. He is a Certified and internationally recognized Mediator. He is the founder / Principal Partner of Three C's Met International Institute Of Mediation, Negotiation, Counseling and Conciliation  and Founder and Principal Partner of Three C's Met Mediators/ Centre For Peer Mediation And Peace Building.

As the Founder / Principal Partner of three firms which are all focused on the promotion of the practice of mediation, he has brought in his expertise in collaboration with his team at Three C's to introduce the practice of peer mediation as pioneers in Africa. He is working to collaborate with many people around Africa to promote this unique facet of mediation in their respective countries

He has also created a platform for women across the globe to be most active in the conflict resolution sector. He holds sessions every quarter wherein the participants are introduced to the basics in mediation 

He is presently preparing a programme wherein the traditional Institutions in Nigeria and by extension Africa will be introduced to the contemporary practice of mediation.
